Its location was indeed amazing, in the heart of the town. A stovetop, kitchenware, and a washing machine worked well for me.

Had a very relaxing experience, I greatly enjoyed this place!
The property was clean and lovely, what I was expecting. The bed was good, an iron, tea/coffee making equipment, and a dining area were useful. It had a stunning setting so close to a raised wooden platform, and the centre of a lovely quirky Town. And I was located on the surrounding hills:)))

It was a great place to stay, I would recomand it. Place was beautiful and comfortable and few metres away from St Mary The Virgin. The location of the apartment was great for my needs right by all the book shops, and the centre of a lovely quirky Town. Gordon was the best host ever. There was a walk-in shower...

Lovely, cosy, rustic style. Quiet and peaceful. No TV, lots of books. Convenient parking. Clear instructions, helpful owner. Great location near town centre. Radio instead of TV. Table and chairs outside
Nothing all excellent.

The location of this place was great! It was right in the heart of town, making it easy to explore all the quirky shops and attractions. Plus, having parking right by the door was super convenient. The cozy cottage vibe was also a highlight. With exposed beams and vintage furniture, it felt like a true home away from home.
There were a few negative aspects to note. the description of the room was misleading.

The location of this property was perfect for our Christmas getaway, close to the river and within walking distance of restaurants and book shops. The house itself had a rustic charm and character that we loved. The cozy and compact layout made it feel like a home away from home. We particularly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, with no TV to distract us, and instead, plenty of books to browse through. The parking right outside the property was also very convenient.
The kitchen facilities were a bit limited and could benefit from more utensils for cooking. the bed being against a wall meant it was only accessible from one side, which was a little inconvenient.

We had a wonderful time in this charming old house right in the heart of town. the location was perfect, with parking right outside and all the bookshops and cafes just a short walk away. the kitchen was basic but had everything we needed, and the shower room was modern with a great shower. We loved the rustic style and cosy feel of the place, and the owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with.
No hairdryer provided, which would have been useful.

We really got great value for our money at Half Moon House. The apartment had so much character and was cozy and homely, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town, and the host, Tam.
The breakfast experience could have been improved with a wider variety of options.
